             With an educational background in Electricity and Instrumentation, Mr. W. Ken Durham worked as an upper-level Manager for Westinghouse Corporation for fourteen years prior to starting the Company. During his tenure with Westinghouse, Mr. Durham was responsible for managing eighteen construction contractors, electrical and mechanical engineers, and eighty-one employees ranging from mid-management to clerical positions. Since founding the company, he has built the organization from scratch, assembling a high-quality team of professionals, executing a long and diverse series of projects, and gaining a reputation for quality, reliability, integrity and a "can-do" attitude.

             Mr. Bettis C. Rainsford is a graduate of Harvard College and the University Of South Carolina School Of Law. For more than twenty-five years he has been involved in a broad range of entrepreneurial business activities. His most significant achievement was as co-founder and longtime Chief Financial Officer of Delta Woodside Industries, Inc., a textile and apparel firm which was a one-time member of the Fortune 500. He is also founder and co-owner of Mount Vintage Plantation, a 4,500 acre golf, equestrian and residential community between Edgefield and Augusta.  Mr. Rainsford participates in all major strategic and financial decisions of the Company and is playing an increasingly active role in operational affairs.

             Mr. Richard Prouty, III serves as Project  Manager for Edgefield Construction, Inc. Mr. Prouty is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, Ga majoring in civil and structural designs and holds a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering.

 

Mr. Prouty specializes in the commercial and industrial markets and prides himself in building lasting client relationships.

             Mr. Joe Undertilo, prior to joining the Company in 1995, spent most of the previous twenty years in the construction industry, where he worked as a job planner of heavy industrial construction for Bechtel International and as a carpenter for the Motion Picture Studios in New York City.

             With a higher education in electrical engineering, wide range of design capabilities and creative spirit Mr. Bogdan Gheorghisor handles the design needs of the company. His architectural work includes plans and details, 3d models and photorealistic renderings.

 

Mr. Gheorghisor also specializes in civil work ranging from field data acquisition and building topographic maps to grading and road design.

             Ms. Judy Pendrey serves as Office Manager and oversees the accounting and administrative functions. Ms. Pendrey joined Edgefield Construction in May of 1997 after serving as office manager for a real estate firm.

             Mrs. Teresa R. Cromer serves as the corporate accountant and CFO for Edgefield Construction. A graduate of the University of South Carolina at Aiken, Mrs. Cromer has over 18 years experience in manufacturing accounting. Her background encompassed account analysis, general ledger and cost accounting. Eight of these years were served in a management capacity.
